This mild, multi-floral honey has been infused with ginger.
The result is a delicious, golden honey that has a touch of eastern flare.
Our Ginger infused honey adds a pleasant aroma to dressings and marinades. It is also a popular ingredient in a range of Asian and Indian dishes. It combines well with both sweet and savoury foods.
This is a natural product. Consequently, colour, consistency and flavour may vary from the image and from jar to jar. It is normal for this natural honey to granulate over time. It is not going off. It just needs to be lightly warmed (e.g. sat on a cloth on a warm radiator) until it re-liquifies.
